Sensitrol is an effective, easy to apply desensitizer with active ingredient di-potassium oxalate. Sensitrol is water based and contains patented surface acting agents which act in synergy with the di-potassium oxalate to deliver it direct to the dentine.

Sensitrol ensures a rapid and long lasting solution for tooth hypersensitivity. It can be used prior to root scaling and planing and may negate the need for a local anaesthetic. Sensitrol can be used to eliminate tooth hypersensitivity following peridontal surgery and increase patient compliance with home care instructions. Sensitrol does not affect the bonding strength of restorative work, and the complete blocking of the tubules with the oxalate crystals can prevent bacterial contamination associated with restorative margins.
